Delicious at Uchiko

The day Uchi + Uchiko site went live, we dined with friends at the much anticipated Uchiko. As expected, it was undeniably amazing. Each plate tasted better than the last. I heard "this is my new favorite" at least half a dozen times. Whereas preview openings usually reveal flaws in the service, staff or menu – we experienced none. Our waitstaff was seemless with knowledge and timing. We dined for three hours and it felt like one. I can't wait to go again.

Special thanks to the Uchi team for making this a super fun project to work on, including Justin Esquivel at Cultivate PR who handled all the last minute design and approval details. And, of course,  developer Anne Mitchelson for all her hard work in making the live site a perfect match to the original design. 

New Work: Uchi /Uchiko Website.

Tyson Cole’s much anticipated Uchiko restuarant is coming soon – Its been a pleasure working with Uchi staff and Culitvate PR on the new Uchi + Uchiko web design.  As Uchiko’s menu and location is different from Uchi, the challenge was to give both restaurants equal presence. The result is left and right designation for each restaurant, with some pages featuring both when needed. We salivated through food photography and Uchi meals. ... we can’t wait to go to Uchiko in June. Site development finished by Anne Mitchelson – she rocks.
